silphery@gmail.com BioBorn and raised in Alaska. Moved to Eugene, Oregon to go to school at the University of Oregon. Ended up dropping out after a year, but growing roots in the rave scene as a Dj (Silver, now Silpher), a promoter, a record store owner (Stylus Grooves), a sound system owner (SIN systems and Stylus Systems), and an underground electronic music fanatic.
11 years of Eugene is enough for anyone, so I left to work at the Grand Canyon's North Rim Lodge for a season, then moved to Key West, Florida for fun in the sun. Realizing that the sun wasn't really my cup of tea, I only lasted a year there.
Now I'm in Portland, Oregon, happy that I'm not currently too hot, but getting a bit tired of having cold toes.
